  Upon arrival, walking in there was trash all over the parking lot, like a tornado had come through, My wife I and were saying to each other (what happened ) But as we walked in the store and saw 5 employees eating candy and laughing doing nothing we understood right away why every trash can was over flowing and and spilling trash everywhere For three days in a row we have come to this dillons and the same trash has been overflowing I asked the employees what was going on and why we're they so trashy They said this is how we roll and they are not the dillons on urish MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ITS RIDICULOUS HOW TRASHY YOUR STORE IS OPEN YOUR EYES

  I've had my final bad experience in this store. They've been asked for over 19 months to please fix the self service check out machines. The other day, I had to go to 3 different self service check out machines as they constantly do not work. Worse yet, you check one item and before you can put it in your bag, the machine stops running and says " The attendant has been notified". Notified for what - we don't even have 5 seconds to put an item in our bag and reach for the next item. My experience with this the other day gave me cause to request the "Manager". A man named Patrick came out. I'm not sure why Patrick is even there. All he does is give lip service. He does nothing. Its insulting. Many times in this store, the "attendants" are kids whose friends come in, stand there and have lengthy conversations and ignore the customers. There's no use in asking for help half the time as they are too busy talking about their dates the prior evening, the boys they like, what girls they are mad at today, etc. Early one morning last week, I tripped over empty boxes in 2 different isles that were just left there. Does someone really have to get hurt before a "Manager" does their job? I will now go clear out of my way to a different store that does not have these issues.

  Your store did a fantastic job of giving out armbands and keeping the line in place. I know it was a lot of extra work for your employees. I was able to spend less that 1/2 hour in line to get an armband and pproximately 2 hours in line to get tickets. I think it was the fast ability of your computer people who immediately hit print and I was able to get front seat tickets to concert #5.
