- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The actual person who showed up to assist me was great. They always are. However, I cannot say the same for the out of state call center personnel. You do not need to know what color my vehicle is when you report the incorrect model anyway. We should not have to repeat information over and over again. You do not need to have us repeat over and over our email address when you do not use it anyway. AAA is not call center material at all. The best customer service was when we could call locally and get someone there quickly. Today, the ETA started out to be 8:52am, then went to 8:50am and then jumped up to 9:00am. It turns out the call center person dispatched someone clear across town from my home when there were other locations quite close to my home that had trucks just sitting there. AAA, you guys are great with the exception of your call center. You need to listen to your customers.August 10, 2017by Susan Simmons
