  Very rude front desk staff at this facility, acted like I was bothering them just by being there. My doctor left Gracemed and I needed to get an appointment and now because I have to switch Dr's I'm considered a new patient again. I have been having issues with my kidneys and really needed to see a Dr soon, but my appointment is almost two months away. My mother ran out of her BP and antidepressant medication, since she was also seeing the same Dr I was she is now considered a new patient as well. She tred to get a refill and the pharmacy called and said grace med said she was no longer a patient. Went in there to talk to them as soon as they as they opened Tuesday to set up an appointment and how she can get a refill. Again they were very rude to her and my mom is going to have to wait a month and a half for her appointment. It's now Thursday afternoon, she's been trying to get a refill for her meds for a week now. Her BP is going up and if they don't give her a refill she'll have to go to an urgent care which we can't afford because she can't be without them. If I could afford to go to a better health facility I would.
